H3 HUMMER Soft Top

We spotted this H3 HUMMER soft top in Michigan.  It looks very much like it could be heading for production.

The word is Bestop is building the soft top for HUMMER.  Bestop already manufactures Jeep factory soft tops.  If produced, the H3 ragtop will give HUMMER enthusiasts another chance to get the wind, rain, and sun in their hair after the demise of the H1 (that was available in a soft top variant).

We think there's a good chance this prototype will go into production.  GM can't be blind to the Jeep JK Wrangler's incredible success.  We'll keep you updated as we get further details.
