I know I see goofy stuff all the time out at the races and it usually happens the same way. The night before the race your friends have a little too much "diet soda", find a marker, cardboard, stickers, toys, blow up dolls, whatever may happen to be lying around camp and it some how happens to wind up on the race truck.
