For those of you not in southern California, it's been raining pretty hard the past few days. Driving home from work in the heaviest down pour we've had in months, the windshield wipers on the 97 chevy quit. When it rains it pours! Taking apart the wiper assembly I quickly learned the wiper motor was shot so off to Kragen I went. They didn't have the part so I headed down go Foothill Chevrolet in Foothill Ranch, CA. $85 later and I had the part I needed. If I had more time this easily could have been a junkyard find part. With more heavy rain on the way I couldn't wait. While I was at Foothill Chevy, Jeff one of the service writers spent some time with me going through some other questions I had. It's been a while since Ive had a solid customer service experience from a service guy. If you need Chevy stuff and are in south Orange County go see Jeff tell him Jordan from Offroad Mag sent you.
