Heim joints or rod ends. Whatever you call 'em one thing is certain: over time, you'll need replacements.
Rod end sizing is done by listing the spherical bearing's bore size and the threaded shank size.
If you use 7/8 by 7/8 heims on your truck, you're in luck because S I Motorsports has this size in stock at a screaming price: $25 each. Most of the time, these metallic bits of wonder are over twice that price.
More details: 4130 chromoly construction, with a fully hardened ball and race. There's also a Teflon liner between the ball and race for longer life and smoother rotation. No jam nuts are included.
