We just got our first glimpse of the new stronger and lighter forged aluminum beadlock from The Factory Racing. TFR has just released this wheel and only has a few in stock now, but we expect to see more.
The Factory Racing (TFR) forged aluminum racing wheel has single outer beadlock ring that bolts onto a 1-piece forged aluminum wheel. There is not much material around the bolt holes on the ring, but the 20-bolt beadlock ring is a forged piece so we'll see how it holds up.
Judging by the minimalist design of the beadlock, we're guessing this is directed at desert racers more than rock crawlers. That is not to say that The Factory Racing might not have bigger beadlock rings for rock guys in the near future....
