The program is simple. Purchase a set of four or more Baja STZ Radial tires in a single purchase from May 15 through June 30, submit your invoice and rebate form to Mickey Thompson by mail and receive a $50 Mickey Thompson prepaid MasterCard® that can be used virtually anywhere MasterCard® debit cards are accepted. 

 All entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2012 to be eligible. This rebate program is valid only in the U.S. and certain terms and conditions apply.
